School fucking sucks.

Papers and books slammed against the floor, sliding as far away as physically possible- several doomed to be stomped beneath the feet of uncaring individuals that trudged along their ways- lives untouched by the stumbled youth that propped himself on a knee in the hallway, irritably trying to regain his composure. The culprit for the accident- a spacey mullet youth with a weasly face, greasy hair and glazed eyes- shoved past Eridan roughly without so much as a glance in his direction. This elicited a sharp glare from the fallen's icy eyes, followed by a bark of "Watch where you're fuckin' goin'!" that went just as unnoticed as his fall.

The students worked like clockwork- hot bodies- some heavy, some lithe, some tall, some short- sliding and bumping and grinding against one another to get from point A to point B- no matter if that point was a class or somewhere significantly less important. They just moved. Tromping over anything that happened to be in the way that didn't escape quickly enough. Like cattle.
Cattle fucking sucks.
Students fucking suck.

Eridan scuttled in and out of the feet, grabbing his books and the papers that had exploded from the pages-- where he had kept them for, ironically in hindsight, safe-keeping. He hissed and snarled barbed obscenities as heavy weights continually slammed far too close to his fingers and- at one point- his head, and wrangled up the rest of his work before standing, taking no regard for the girl he slammed into as he did so- instead baring his teeth viciously at her as she turned to give him a particularly nasty look.
Now he adjusted the bag on his shoulder- not taking the time to stuff the books in quite yet- and stomped down the hall way, shooting his harsh glare straight ahead without a single regard for the confused college students that caught a glimpse of the demonic scowl on the pale, other-wise fair face. His gaze averted once to check the large clock as he exited the wing- resulting in a harsh his and an increased rhythm to his step as he realized his blunder costed him precious minutes for him to get to his next class.
Close class periods fucking suck.

Luckily the building wasn't too far away- though he would hardly get anytime to primp himself or fix the damage done to his hair during his escapade on the floor. He ran a quick hand through the dark locks- the thick clench of hair-gel still ever present- before catching his books again should they try to make a dive for the pavement. Perhaps that product would still keep him presentable.
He darted across the street, not bothering to glance both ways and giving no second thought to the malicious car horn that followed as he jogged up to the closing door in time to catch it on his shoulder and shove it back open- allowing himself entrance without having to bother with asking for help- it wasn't one of his strong suits.

Finally he slid into the classroom- finding himself early enough to not be cutting it close, yet too late to run to the bathroom and fix himself should he need it. Eridan gave a dramatic sigh, sliding his bag off of his shoulder and beginning to place them into it- grimacing as he noticed many of the pages were now bent and one of the covers had a horrid smudge on it.
He pulled out his history notebook, followed by his brick-like lexicon of a text book, and set them both on the desk before he leaned back in his chair with a heavy sigh, adjusting his black-rimmed glasses and staring at the ceiling.

God he hated this school. He missed home. He missed having money. He missed having money. If his parents hadn't cut him off he wouldn't even have to breathe a particle of this school's same air. He'd be miles away-- in a private specialized college. Without brainless tarts and brutish bastards so far under his league.
